AIR FRYER BUTTERNUT SQUASH Delicious Bites!

These air-fried butternut squash bites are ridiculously easy and absolutely delicious!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 400g butternut squash
  • 30g extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

PREPARATION:

  • Cut the butternut squash into 1.5 cm cubes (leaving the skin on, only removing the seeds and filaments).
  • Place them in a bowl.
  • In a small bowl, mix the oil and seasonings, stir well, and then transfer it to the squash. Season generously and then pour it into the air fryer basket. Cook at 200°C (390°F) for about 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
