These air-fried butternut squash bites are ridiculously easy and absolutely delicious!

INGREDIENTS:
- 400g butternut squash
- 30g extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
PREPARATION:
- Cut the butternut squash into 1.5 cm cubes (leaving the skin on, only removing the seeds and filaments).
- Place them in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the oil and seasonings, stir well, and then transfer it to the squash. Season generously and then pour it into the air fryer basket. Cook at 200°C (390°F) for about 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
