  1. The only reason I donā€™t fire up my air fryer this minute is that Iā€™ve got to rush out and buy steak, baking potato, and asparagus.

    1. Yeah, me too. Also, asparagus is $3.89/lb. I buy asparagus in the spring for 99Ā¢per lb.

  2. Sup Larry, great video as always, looks great, daughter bought me an air fryer, I will use it, oven has convection so want to see difference, it’s compact which I like too, tyvm tc šŸ”šŸ„©šŸ²

  3. Larry , nice recipe/dish, I eat my steak medium rare & I bought a commercial gas stove that has a broiler on the top of the oven which sears it great & just above rare in the middle , but my air fryer would work in a pinch.

  4. Iā€™ve done steak in my air fryer before and it turned out exactly like the one here. The fast cooking locks in the natural juices and makes for a very tender steak.

  5. Mr,Wolfe pit. It’s a great thing that you do things with your daughter !! That makes everyone feel good!! Keep up the awesome work šŸ‘

  6. With thanksgiving right around the corner A review on Stouffer’s Frozen Roast Turkey and any others you can find would be nice. I use to buy the jennie-o turkey roast but they don’t make them anymore.

  7. I’ve been doing some experimenting with my air fryer lately.
It really makes a great steak, especially if you like it well done on the outside and rair on the inside.

  8. Hello Wolfians! And Larry! I take scotch Brite to the potato before cooking. So peeling and all are edible. Air-cooking doesn’t work since I don’t have one

  9. Great video!! Iā€™d LOVE to see more videos from you going in this direction (air-frying, using very basic equipment)! Have a great day! ā˜ŗļø

  10. Baked Potato Tip šŸ„” for people in a hurry to stuff their pie-holes. Poke a few fork holes in the skin and microwave for about 5 to 10 minutes until fork tender before baking. Best to use a plastic microwave cover and add a few drops of water on the potato to prevent it drying out in the microwave. (Can do 2 or 3 potatos at the same time. Just nuke until fork tender.) Then bake in the oven (or air fryer) to get the skin nice and crispy. The level of crispification is up to you, the hungry person.

  11. I tried this and was absolutely amazed at how quick and easy this was. My filet mignons came out perfect. There’s no other way to cook steak for me now!!!

  12. I (for whatever reason) held off on buying an air fryer until earlier this year šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø This is the most amazing, versatile, and electric bill friendly appliance! I thought, we have an oven, stove and a microwave, we donā€™t need this. However, our oven takes 30-40 minutes to heat up to the right temperatureā€¦then, some baked potatoes are another 45-60 minā€¦that oven (electric and yes, we are saving for a gas one and gas stove) is a power hogā€¦and heats up the kitchen, which 6 months out of the year, we donā€™t want! Air fryer takes similar time (a little less) to cook, and less than 3 min to preheat. The other great discovery is how well it reheats leftovers (vs the microwave) and frozen breads/muffins. I like to bake, but we canā€™t eat 12 chocolate chip muffins before theyā€™re stale. Air fryer for just a minute or so (freeze them the next day after baking.) I love bakery bagelsā€¦hard like a rock after one day. Freeze them that evening (donā€™t slice them in half!!!,) take out a bagel when you want one, heat air fryer to 370, rinse the bagel for about 30 seconds under water (trust me) and air fry it for 5-7 minutes depending on the size. It literally tastes fresh out of the oven. Outside is just the right crispness, inside, the dough is warm and moist like is completely fresh. Slice and put your favorite ā€˜shmearā€™ on, or make a great sandwich!! In under 10 minutesā€¦using a lot less electricity than our wonky oven does! It is my current favorite appliance, and worth every penny! (Ours is a Gourmiaā€¦large enough to cook 4 burgers in, that was really on sale at Costco, so it was about $50 down from $99ā€¦I saw it on sale earlier this week at Costco for $40.) So, itā€™s paid for itself already in saving electricity cooking in a very hot summer (oven on for two hours makes the A/C crank on to counteract it,) and not having to be on for 45 minutes just to get to 400 degrees šŸ™„. Works great for very small living spaces, itā€™s good sized, but smaller than a microwave. @Wolfe Pit thanks so much for your fun videos, and showing things and ways to cook for those on a tight budget, or like for this one, when you have enough money to have a treat, found a great sale, or got some steak from the food pantry! Thanks for all of your ā€œwhat are we eating videosā€ that I appreciate! You try it, so I donā€™t have to!!! šŸ˜

    1. I got one of those weird egg-shaped ones as a gift. I’m not a huge fan. I’d rather have a Cuisinart model that looks like a regular toaster oven.

  13. I like to cook a bacon wrapped teryaki steak that my store sells in my air fryer . Its amazing . The air fryers cooks the bacon nicely and the steak is so yummy . My air fryers tray inserts flips to a side that puts grill marks on the meat .

  14. I had steak from my air fryer tonight. Delicious. I always run the fryer on high a full 5 minutes to preheat it well. Bon appetit!!

  15. Grocery store: I used to look for the biggest Russet potato. Now I just get 2 medium size.
Easier to cook two potatoā€™s. I have one for dinner. The other one for breakfast with eggs. šŸ™‹šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø
