  1. My husband unexpectedly passed away Oct 2020 and he was the chef (we have a 4 year old) .. I’ve been learning to cook and I’m very intimidated by the kitchen .. Im so happy i found you because you inspired me to try things. You make it look so easy though lol…

I love your sense of humor! Happy Mother’s Day! I’m following you and sharing your page with everyone I know!

    1. Oh goodness, Denise! I can’t imagine how difficult this has been for you and your little one! I hope you had a nice Mother’s Day! I have a huge “air fryer beginners guide” right here: https://youtu.be/0Cj12NIWG80 and a ton of recipes here on YT (and I have most of them in my new air fryer recipes ebook @ yummyairfryerrecipes.com). Hope that helps you! Thanks for sharing the love! 🙂

    2. Instant pots are amazing. Roasts and homey meals can be cooked in 30 mins. Look into it. One step at a time. I’ve walked your walk. I did eventually move to a new chapter of life💜

    3. @Meraki Motivation thank you for your kind words… instant pot and airfryer are my best friends lol.. I’m going to try lentil stew this week! Wish me luck!

I’m so sorry for your loss and I’m happy you are in a new chapter… baby steps for me 🙂

    4. So sorry for your loss. Lost my mom 3/2020 what a tough year for the world.
The air fryer saved me so many times with the waves of grief I had to feed my family and the air fryer is quick with easy clean up.

  2. Dear lady, you’ve changed my life in minutes —. & you’re SO good-humoured!
Thank you so much, it’s so heartening to watch a presenter who actually enjoys cooking, & sees it as the magical alchemy that it really is!
From Brighton 🌈UK, take care & be well!
    🙏🏻🌹🙏🏽

    1. Widow who hates to cook ended up buying a bigger air fryer. Your video is so inspiring. you have a lot of humor and you made air frying foods really tasting good.

    2. Hello how’re  you  doing  today  hope  you’re  safe due  to the covid  19 pandemic?

  3. It’s kind of crazy that this channel was just recommended to me. I had just made a grilled cheese sandwich in my air fryer and it was the best dang cheese sandwich I think I’ve ever had. I was looking to find some more air fryer recipes and I’m so glad I happened upon your channel! 🤗🙂

    1. Your technology listens to you so of course you get ads or recommendations, lol. Test it and see!

  4. Thanks for the info. I had planned on buying an air fryer pretty soon, many things you’ve done here I hadn’t thought of, especially the Rhoads Rolls. 👍 One thing I like to do is splitting hotdogs down the middle without cutting the ends open, and and melting cheese in there. Looking forward to getting mine now.

  5. Amazing video, love my air fryer, and you just convinced me to use even more. And love how you were so human in your instructions!👍🏽

  6. Simple, fast, less calories, easy clean up, and less power as with an oven. Can’t go wrong! I have never seen a demo, but you make it look so easy and everything looks delicious, thank you for the cute humour as well. Now l can’t wait to try an Air Fryer.

  7. Air fryer has been a game changer for me! Love it! Thanks for all the awesome cooking ideas! 💕

  8. As the 2nd meal I have made today after I did the test run on my brand new Cosori air fryer, this was the choice I made for me and my two dogs who are batchin’ it while Mama is away at work. I added some jalapenos to my side of the tray & some mild sweet baby peppers. Mama had already cooked up some taco meat, so I just added it and covered it with various cheeses. The dogs fell all over themselves with glee in sharing this treat with me. Clean up with the parchment paper was easy, afterwards. First meal cooked was just a 1/4 bag of French Fries, done up as you made them. Looking forward to enjoying many more of your recipes. Thanks for posting the videos. 😉

  9. Great content! I just got my air fryer and so far I have made boiled eggs and the asparagus from your list. I am so glad to see all the other things I can make! I will be trying all of these. Thank you!

  10. We made the air-fryer donuts with Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Pancake mix…. Sooooo good!! Thanks for the idea! And the link to the silicone mold. Love your channel!!!

  11. CHITUS💖⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ says:

I tried out my air fryer for the first time and made the chicken breast and the dessert with the oreo cookie and it turned out great. So I am happy! Thank you so much Kathy!!

  12. I bought the Mistify sprayer you’ve been using lately and it is INCREDIBLE!!! Easy peasy, sprays evenly, easy to clean… I love it ! I bought a Cosori per your recommendation and I love it too! Thanks for helping me save time and money. Oh… and now that I don’t heat up that big ol oven, I don’t heat up my house in the summer !

    1. That’s one of the things I love best too! Hot kitchens heating the whole house is so last year!😁

  13. Love this video! I just got an air fryer and I love all of your ideas and they were ALL new to me! Love your good humor and great ideas presented in a short & sweet way! Definitely subscribed and look forward to more air fryer tips & tricks!🤩

  14. The best garlic rolls on the air fryer are the Hawaiian dinner rolls. Cut rolls in half, spread melted butter and garlic salt on them. Place on parchment paper and cook 350 for 3-4 min. Keep an eye on them cause they can burn easily. Even the burnt ones are delicious! 😊

  15. I really enjoy your informative and inspiring videos. I am a “party of one” so to speak so I appreciate recipes that are made in smaller amounts. Also, (this is for Cosori) I am on my third air fryer (I know the ones I would NOT recommend) and I recently purchased a Cosori because of YOU. Thank you so much for generously sharing your recipes, humor and family. Big Smiles. PS So far I am very happy with the Cosori 😉

    1. Check that Cosori Air Fryer for a safety recall… the recalled a bunch of them for fire hazard!

  16. OMG Cathy thank you so very much for sharing your easy to follow air fryer tips!! I have wanted an air fryer since they first came out and I cook & bake all the time, but for some reason was overwhelmed with the air fryer idea. Watching your videos has opened my mind to trying it!! Im feeling uber excited, like a whole new kitchen adventure is headed my way- thank you🎉🎉❤🎉🎉

  17. I am new to using our air fryer. We have the duo crisp instant pot one. Where you just switch out the lid. ❤️ I LoVe what I have made in it so far!! Frozen tots in no time flat! Not heating up our kitchen!! 💪❤️ I am loving all your ideas here!! ❤️❤️ But my question to you is~ what time/temp do I use since this is a different fryer? Might be a stupid question.. where I could just try a time & wing it~ but I’d rather not BURN our food~ 🤪🙃 esp w/food prices these days! lol 💖 😆 Ty for sharing your awesome recipes with us!! YoU ROCK!! 😘💖

  18. you are hilariously wonderful! and I had NO idea you could do all this regular stuff in an air fryer. love your channel! ❤

  19. Can’t wait to try some of these! Two questions: How do you know which setting? You gave the temperature and time for everything, but not which setting (bake, air fry, etc), or was everything on the air fryer setting? Also, you mentioned the oil and I’ve heard about that a lot, but I use Chosen Foods 100% avocado oil. There are, to my knowledge, no propellants or that soy lecithin crap that creates a residue (maybe that’s a propellant?). Should that oil be okay? I’ve been using it on my normal cookware for years, and I’ve had no more nasty residue on my cookware or bakeware. I’m going to check out your 12 mistakes video…next. Thank you! Loved the video.
